Amdocs has announced new collaborations with major technology providers to expand its cloud and artificial intelligence initiatives aimed at modernising telecom operations.
The company revealed partnerships with Microsoft, Google Cloud and Amazon Web Services (AWS) to advance AI-driven application modernisation and automation across the telecommunications industry.
As part of its collaboration with Microsoft, Amdocs will deliver AI-accelerated application modernisation solutions for enterprises. The joint offering combines Amdocs’ cloud migration expertise and Agentic Services with Microsoft technologies such as Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Migration Agents, GitHub Copilot and Fabric IQ.
The integrated solution enables enterprises to automate and orchestrate end-to-end modernisation processes, helping accelerate application refactoring and streamline migration to Microsoft Azure. Services are delivered through coordinated agent-based workflows powered by the Amdocs agentic operating system (aOS).
Anthony Goonetilleke, president of Amdocs’ Technology group, described the partnership with Microsoft as a significant step in enabling enterprises to modernise at scale using AI-powered tools and cloud technologies.
Amdocs also confirmed expanded cooperation with Google Cloud and AWS to further strengthen AI, automation and cloud-native transformation capabilities for telecom operators worldwide.
The company plans to showcase these collaborative solutions alongside its partners at the upcoming Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2026.
