Salesforce, the global leader in AI-powered customer relationship management (CRM), has officially opened a new office in Dubai Internet City, underscoring its commitment to AI innovation, customer success, and growth in the UAE. The new office is part of Salesforce’s expanding presence in the region.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by notable figures including Omar Sultan AlOlama, Minister of State for AI, Digital Economy, and Remote Work Applications, Malek Al Malek, Chairman of Tecom Group PJSC, and Abdulla Belhoul, CEO of Tecom Group. They were joined by Salesforce executives, key customers, and representatives from the company’s partner ecosystem.
Salesforce’s investment in Dubai aligns with the UAE’s ambitions to become a global AI hub. Last year, Salesforce launched Hyperforce, its trusted cloud platform, in the UAE in collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS). This year, the company received the Dubai Electronic Security Centre’s (DESC) Cloud Service Provider Security Standard for Salesforce Services on Hyperforce, providing enhanced support for government and public sector organizations.
Rapid Expansion and AI Innovation
Salesforce is experiencing strong growth in the UAE, as businesses increasingly embrace AI-driven digital transformation. The new office will serve as a space for collaboration and innovation, showcasing the latest AI technology and helping local customers thrive in the digital era.
At its recent Dreamforce event, Salesforce introduced Agentforce, a suite of autonomous AI agents that streamline tasks across service, sales, marketing, and commerce. These agents leverage real-time data from Salesforce’s Data Cloud to provide personalized, automated responses, reducing manual work and boosting productivity.
Srini Tallapragada, President and Chief Engineering Officer at Salesforce, expressed enthusiasm about the UAE launch, stating, “We’re excited to bring Salesforce’s transformative AI solutions to the UAE. Our team is eager to collaborate with customers to show how these innovations can unlock new possibilities and enhance customer experiences.”
Commitment to the UAE’s Digital Future
Thierry Nicault, Area Vice President and General Manager of Salesforce Middle East, emphasized the significance of the new office in Dubai Internet City. “Our expanded presence here reinforces our commitment to helping organizations in the UAE leverage AI and cloud-based solutions to optimize data, improve agility, and prioritize customer-centricity. We are also excited to participate in Gitex later this month, where we’ll engage with forward-thinking enterprises to drive the next wave of digital transformation.”
Ammar Al Malik, Executive Vice President of Commercial at Tecom Group and Managing Director of Dubai Internet City, welcomed Salesforce to the region’s leading technology hub. “Salesforce’s expansion in our district is a positive move that aligns with Dubai’s vision for inclusive, sustainable growth. This strengthens our partnership with the UAE-US economic corridor, and we are delighted to have Salesforce as part of our ecosystem.”
Salesforce’s new office marks a major step in its journey to empower businesses in the UAE to drive digital transformation and AI innovation.
