This year’s theme, ‘Making AI Work for You,’ emphasizes Cisco’s AI-enriched solutions that provide organizations with enhanced visibility and insights across their entire digital footprint while integrating the power of the network with industry-leading security and observability.
The demand for AI in the region has surged recently, driven by government initiatives aimed at fostering robust AI ecosystems. According to a recent report by PwC, the Middle East is projected to generate economic benefits of up to $320 billion by 2030 through AI adoption. The report also forecasts that AI could contribute as much as 14% of the UAE’s GDP by 2030.
Findings from Cisco’s AI Readiness Index reveal that AI progress is underway in the UAE, with 95% of organizations either having an AI strategy in place or in development. However, only 7% have a fully developed infrastructure to manage AI workloads, and 75% of organizations are not yet equipped to detect and prevent adversarial attacks on AI models.
