Abu Dhabi-listed AI company Presight has signed an expanded partnership with US-based video surveillance firm ISS, aiming to leverage the UAE company’s technology across North and South America.
The agreement, finalized at a Dubai trade technology show this week, will see Presight’s technology integrated into the ISS portfolio, which includes contracts with major government transport networks such as CalTrans in California and New York’s MTA. This partnership allows ISS to utilize Presight’s AI technologies as it expands its operations in the western hemisphere, as noted in a filing to the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX).
Presight, chaired by Sultan Al Jaber—who also serves as the CEO of the state oil company ADNOC and President of the UAE-hosted COP28—plans to implement ISS’s SecurOS® video and sensor platforms in both its national and international projects.
In addition to this partnership, Presight is set to collaborate with Abu Dhabi renewables firm Masdar to develop an AI asset management tool. This tool will analyze data points from Masdar’s equipment, including solar panels, inverters, and wind turbines, enabling the company to identify potential issues before they lead to failures. This proactive approach aims to reduce downtime and enhance operational efficiency for Masdar.
