Ahmed Tamim Hisham Al Kuttab, Chairman of the Department of Government Enablement – Abu Dhabi, stated, “The launch of TAMM 3.0 is a pivotal step in enhancing Abu Dhabi government service delivery, aligned with the leadership’s vision to provide seamless, AI-powered solutions that elevate public services. TAMM 3.0 offers a highly personalized experience through its AI-powered assistant, TAMM’s AI Assistant, which features conversational voice capabilities in Arabic and English. The assistant provides 24/7 support, utilizing advanced algorithms to analyze user behavior and preferences, ensuring relevant and efficient interactions for tasks such as renewing licenses or accessing healthcare services.

Currently, TAMM 3.0 integrates a multitude of AI-enabled government services into a single platform, reflecting DGE’s commitment to providing efficient and accessible government services to Abu Dhabi’s constituents.

The TAMM Care service has been enhanced within TAMM 3.0 to ensure an advanced customer experience.
