Zoho Corporation, a global leader in technology and business solutions, has recognized the growing potential for business innovation in Sri Lanka and is actively contributing to the country’s digital transformation. As part of Sri Lanka’s Digital Sri Lanka 2030 strategy, which aims to boost the digital economy from $4 billion in 2022 to $15 billion by 2030, Zoho is well-positioned to play a key role in empowering businesses through its cloud-based solutions.
In line with the government’s “Cloud-First” policy for public IT infrastructure, Zoho’s comprehensive suite of cloud-powered business applications offers solutions across Sales, Marketing, Collaboration, HR, and Developer tools. This was showcased at Zoho’s flagship user conference, Zoholics, which returned to Sri Lanka for the second consecutive year. Held on January 22, 2025, at the Shangri-La in Colombo, Zoholics featured three specialized tracks, providing businesses with an opportunity to explore how Zoho’s software can drive digital transformation.
The event, which reached full capacity, emphasized Zoho’s commitment to supporting Sri Lankan businesses of all sizes in their journey towards digital adoption. Attendees engaged with Zoho’s team to learn how they could leverage technology to meet business goals, strengthen relationships with clients, and build successful partnerships.
With a year-over-year revenue growth exceeding 50%, Zoho continues to support Sri Lanka’s digital economy through innovative software solutions. Over the past decade, Zoho has integrated AI (Zia) into its product portfolio, further enhancing the capabilities of its cloud solutions, and now incorporates Generative AI within its offerings.
