Deliveroo UAE has partnered with Flyby to pilot the integration of Flyby’s patented “Smart Delivery Boxes” into its delivery fleet in Abu Dhabi. This collaboration transforms delivery bikes into mobile digital billboards, providing a revolutionary platform for out-of-home (OOH) advertising. The innovative Smart Delivery Boxes are equipped with GPS, sensors, and 5G technology, enabling advertisers to run dynamic, geo-targeted campaigns based on location, time, and audience.
The Smart Delivery Boxes allow advertisers to display still images with content that rotates based on the advertiser pipeline, ensuring a diverse range of messaging. The ads are displayed in compliance with road safety regulations approved by the Integrated Transport Centre (ITC) in Abu Dhabi. This initiative also offers real-time data on impressions, making campaigns measurable and transparent.
