Zain Jordan has leveraged OpenAI’s Large Language Model (LLM) and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology to implement an advanced chatbot platform aimed at improving the efficiency and accuracy of document management. The solution allows employees to easily retrieve information from both digital and scanned business and legal documents, enhancing decision-making and operational efficiency.

The initiative addresses the challenges Zain faced in managing large volumes of documents, from contracts to policies, reducing the time spent manually searching through them. The chatbot platform enables natural language queries, making document searches faster and more accurate.
