RIYADH, Saudi Arabia, February 02, 2025 – Bamboo Group OÜ, one of the leading Estonian
technology companies, is set to sign a letter of intent (LOI) with Saudi-based firm Skyeyes
during LEAP 2025 in Riyadh. This partnership will establish a joint venture focused on
transforming infrastructure security in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).
The new venture will leverage Bamboo Group’s global expertise in software engineering and
Internet of Things (IoT), alongside Skyeyes’ profound understanding of the local market
dynamics and technological needs. Together, they have already launched Smart Locks Pro, a
flagship project offering access management for a variety of industries such as energy, utilities,
manufacturing, telecommunications, traffic management, oil and gas, and more. The product
will be further expanded across these sectors.

The LOI signing will take place on February 10th at the national stand of Estonia (H3.G158) at
the exhibition center in Malham, Riyadh.
