Beyon Solutions, part of the Beyon Group, has signed a strategic agreement with Oracle to deliver cloud services via Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Dedicated Region in Bahrain. The partnership, announced at Oracle CloudWorld Tour Dubai 2025, will offer businesses and government entities in Bahrain access to over 150 cloud services.
The new sovereign cloud region will allow Beyon Solutions to deploy a complete cloud region from local data centers, ensuring data security and low-latency requirements while keeping customer data within Bahrain’s borders. Beyon’s managed services will complement Oracle’s cloud offerings, providing expert support in cloud migration, onboarding, and 24/7 technical assistance.
Richard Smith, Executive Vice President and General Manager of Oracle EMEA Cloud Infrastructure, emphasized the importance of investing in sovereign cloud infrastructure for the future stability and security of nations. Shaikh Mohamed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, CEO of Beyon Digital Growth, highlighted how this collaboration supports Bahrain’s vision for a digital economy, paving the way for continued innovation and growth.
Nicholas Toon, CEO of Beyon Solutions, noted that the partnership would allow customers to leverage Oracle’s cloud technology for mission-critical workloads and advanced analytics, particularly in government, financial services, healthcare, and defense sectors.
This collaboration, supported by the Bahrain Economic Development Board (Bahrain EDB), marks a significant milestone in Bahrain’s digital transformation journey, positioning the Kingdom as a regional hub for digital innovation and cloud computing.
