The UAE Ministry of Economy has announced that DoxAI, a provider of AI solutions aimed at simplifying business processes and reducing operational complexities, has joined the NextGen FDI initiative. The program, designed to attract high-growth technology companies, will support DoxAI in establishing its regional headquarters in Dubai and expanding its operations to serve both regional and global markets.
DoxAI utilizes AI and machine learning to streamline document processing, automate data extraction, and enhance identity verification, providing businesses with real-time, actionable insights. By minimizing the need for human intervention and integrating seamlessly with existing systems, DoxAI helps organizations optimize their operations, reduce costs, and focus on strategic growth.
The company is part of the Global Tech Builder Lakeba Group. His Excellency Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, UAE Minister of State for Foreign Trade, expressed enthusiasm about DoxAI’s participation in the NextGen FDI initiative, noting that their expertise in AI-driven automation would be crucial in supporting the UAE’s digital transformation. “This collaboration aligns with our vision of building a knowledge-based economy and strengthens the UAE’s position as a global innovation hub,” he said.
DoxAI’s regional headquarters will be located in Dubai’s Rolex Tower, with plans to deploy its first 15 units from Australia and India. The company also aims to expand its presence in the UAE by establishing strategic partnerships with local universities, such as the University of Wollongong, and implementing a talent recruitment plan for the 2025-2026 period.
Giuseppe Porcelli, Founder and Chairman of DoxAI, highlighted the UAE’s dynamic market, business-friendly environment, and robust technology ecosystem. He stated, “Joining the NextGen FDI program is a game-changer for DoxAI. The UAE’s visionary approach to AI and innovation provides the ideal environment for scaling our technology, building new partnerships, and contributing to the region’s digital transformation.”
The UAE’s emphasis on artificial intelligence complements its broader objectives to enhance digital infrastructure, create smart industries, and attract cutting-edge technology companies. Through public-private partnerships and support for businesses like DoxAI, the UAE continues to strengthen its leadership in emerging technologies that drive economic growth and diversification.
Launched in 2022, the NextGen FDI initiative aims to attract advanced technology companies to the UAE by offering fast-tracked licensing, visa processes, and access to competitive commercial and residential leases. The program has already welcomed global innovators in robotics, precision fermentation, hybrid aviation, and renewable energy sectors.
