Salesforce has announced a $500 million investment in Saudi Arabia to foster innovation, economic growth, and workforce development, particularly in AI. The announcement, made at LEAP 2025, also includes the expansion of Salesforce’s presence in Riyadh, with a new regional headquarters and plans to bring its next-generation Hyperforce platform to the Kingdom.
The investment aims to accelerate AI adoption through the company’s digital labor platform, Agentforce, and partnerships with global leaders like AWS, Capgemini, Deloitte, and PwC. These collaborations will help Saudi businesses scale operations using AI-driven solutions, while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Marc Benioff, Chair and CEO of Salesforce, emphasized the transformative potential of autonomous AI agents, stating that Salesforce is empowering Saudi organizations to achieve unprecedented productivity, growth, and customer success.
As part of its commitment, Salesforce plans to upskill 30,000 Saudi citizens in AI, with a focus on increasing female participation in the workforce. In partnership with Princess Nourah University (PNU), Salesforce will provide AI-focused education to female students, aligning with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 goals for inclusive growth.
The company also plans to enhance Arabic language support as part of its ongoing AI-driven transformation in the region.
