Etihad Salam Telecom Company, a leading telecommunications provider in Saudi Arabia, has announced several strategic partnerships to strengthen its offerings. The company has partnered with EdgeNext, a global leader in edge cloud services, and Genesys, a renowned call center solutions provider.
The collaboration with EdgeNext focuses on improving service delivery and network capabilities within the region. A cornerstone of this partnership involves EdgeNext colocating its servers in Salam’s state-of-the-art data centers, ensuring secure, reliable physical infrastructure. This setup allows EdgeNext to utilize Salam’s facilities for optimal service performance and scalability. Furthermore, EdgeNext will procure internet services directly from Salam, facilitating a peering connection with the Saudi Internet Exchange, thereby enhancing network interconnectivity and access to the local digital ecosystem.
Salam has also entered into a strategic partnership with Genesys to address market needs and elevate customer experience. By combining Salam’s cost-effective and scalable SIP trunk service with Genesys’s expertise in customer experience, the partnership aims to provide a stable, reliable telecommunications infrastructure. This collaboration also includes the recent successful launch of Genesys’s platform on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) locally, further enhancing the customer service environment.
The partnership ensures that Salam’s business partners will benefit from an advanced system that caters to current needs while anticipating future demands, providing a scalable, efficient, and user-friendly customer service experience.
