Zain Kuwait has partnered with global technology leader Huawei to implement a Business Support System (BSS) digital transformation project, marking a significant milestone in the company’s digital journey. This upgrade aims to enhance Zain’s technological infrastructure, improving operational efficiency and enriching customer experiences across various service sectors.
The BSS upgrade positions Zain as the first operator in Kuwait to introduce such a transformation, aligned with the company’s ‘4WARD-Progress with Purpose’ strategy. The new-generation BSS will support personalized marketing, intelligent recommendations, and omni-channel experiences to enhance customer satisfaction and accelerate the launch of new services. It will also optimize business performance through automation and smarter operations, reducing market response time and boosting operational efficiency.
Zain Kuwait’s CEO, Nawaf Al-Gharabally, emphasized the company’s commitment to becoming a tech-driven innovator. He explained that this project will enable Zain to provide more dynamic services, simplify processes, and enhance customer experiences. Huawei, as a long-term strategic partner, will support the deployment of the BSS upgrade, reinforcing Zain’s position as a leader in Kuwait’s ICT sector.
