Zain has announced a strategic collaboration with Raha, a rapidly growing logistics technology company in Kuwait. Through this partnership, Raha’s subsidiary, Smooth Logistics, will support Zain’s logistics operations by leveraging advanced AI-powered robotics and automation solutions to optimize storage, shipping, and delivery. With this partnership, Zain will introduce a one-hour delivery service for most areas in Kuwait, a first in the country’s telecom sector, adding significant value to the online shopping experience through Zain’s app and website.
Raha’s advanced 4,000-square-meter facility is entirely powered by robotic and automated systems, housing over 15,000 storage locations. These systems handle all logistics tasks with precision and efficiency, minimizing human error, reducing costs, and ensuring fast delivery times. The facility is designed with sustainability in mind, prioritizing energy efficiency and eco-friendly packaging materials, aligning with Zain’s commitment to reducing carbon emissions.
