and Sharaf DG

that the new LG UltraGear 27GX790A, LG’s premium OLED gaming monitor, will now be
available in the Middle East at Jumbo and Sharaf DG. The high-end gaming monitor,
boasting dedicated features for gamers across the board, It will be available with an exclusive
launch promotion starting in early March. The first few customers will receive Steam
vouchers with their purchase, while stocks last.
The latest in the UltraGear lineup, the 27GX790A, is a premium OLED monitor which
features a 27-inch, QHD resolution (2,560 x 1,440) WOLED display with a 0.03milliseconds
Gray-to-Gray (GTG) response time and a 480Hz refresh rate, making it the fastest in the
QHD OLED monitor class. The WOLED technology, which uses a white OLED light source
with color filters, allowing accurate RGB color production and impressive screen brightness.
The WOLED technology also sets the way for a high contrast ratio, vibrant colors, deep
blacks and excellent motion clarity.
The monitor is also compatible with both NVIDIA G-SYNC® and AMD FreeSync™
Premium Pro which plays a crucial role in daily gaming by eliminating screen-tearing and
flickering. LG has also added the LG Anti-Glare & Low Reflection (AGLR) Coating, which
further enhances the gaming experience by reducing any distractions caused by reflections or
glares.
In terms of I/O, the monitor comes with DisplayPort 2.1 and HDMI 2.1 interfaces out of the
box, which not only ensures compatibility with the latest consoles and gaming PCs, but also
future proofs itself with compatibility for the recently launched next-generation GPUs.
All of this is built into a slim profile, which is mounted on a flat L-shaped stand which allows
users to place their keyboard on top of its base, offering ergonomic comfort and
customizability with a swivel range of -30 to 30 degrees. It also comes with a 4-pole
headphone jack, that allows convenient in-game communications via headset with support for
DTS Headphone:X, ideal for accurate sound positioning, helping users pinpoint where noises
are coming from.
Perfect for PC or console gaming, the new LG UltraGear 27GX790A is a must-have for
gamers, professionals and beginners alike. The monitor, available at Sharaf DG and Jumbo,
will be available for AED 3,999 from the beginning of March in the UAE, followed by on-
shelf in Qatar by late March.
