Zain KSA and Dell Technologies have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to unlock new opportunities and transform the cloud ecosystem in Saudi Arabia. The partnership will enable Zain to become the leading provider for businesses seeking seamless access to cloud solutions.
The MoU was signed during LEAP 2025 in Riyadh by Mohamed Talaat, vice president for Saudi Arabia and Egypt at Dell Technologies, and Fahad Alsahmah, chief business officer at Zain KSA. Under the agreement, Zain will leverage Dell’s expertise in offering Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), and Anything-as-a-Service (XaaS) models.
The collaboration will provide an open cloud architecture, offering customers flexibility in managing their cloud requirements. The automated platform will allow businesses to onboard, access, and manage invoicing via an easy-to-use interface, enabling Zain to cater to the growing demand for automated cloud services in the region.
Fahad Alsahmah emphasized that the partnership would streamline cloud adoption for businesses of all sizes, offering a unified marketplace for world-class cloud solutions. Mohamed Talaat of Dell Technologies added that the collaboration would support the digital transformation of businesses in Saudi Arabia through advanced cloud platforms and consultancy expertise.
The partnership highlights both companies’ commitment to driving innovation and supporting the digital transformation journey of businesses in Saudi Arabia.
