Amazon Kuiper to Partner with Samruk-Kazyna for Satellite Internet in Kazakhstan

Amazon Kuiper is set to collaborate with Kazakhstan’s Samruk-Kazyna to provide satellite internet services to the country’s remote and hard-to-reach regions. The partnership was discussed during a meeting between Nurlan Zhakupov, Chairman of Samruk-Kazyna, and Amazon Kuiper leadership, focusing on satellite communication services.

Amazon Kuiper aims to deploy a constellation of satellites to enhance broadband connectivity in underserved areas. As part of its strategic vision, the project will help connect Kazakhstan’s isolated regions, contributing to global efforts to expand internet access in remote parts of the world.
