Bridge Alliance to Showcase API Exchange Developments at MWC Barcelona 2025

Bridge Alliance, a global mobile operator alliance, is advancing the development of telco APIs in Asia Pacific through its Bridge Alliance API Exchange (BAEx). The platform, launched in 2024, simplifies API access and adoption with unified integration, simplified commercial frameworks, and common operational support. BAEx currently has 14 operators committed and continues to secure channel partners, accelerating the adoption of telco APIs for developers and enterprises.

Bridge Alliance will showcase the progress of BAEx at the GSMA Open Gateway Zone during Mobile World Congress (MWC) Barcelona 2025. The company has also been driving innovation through the Open Gateway Global Use Case Innovation Challenge, co-hosted with China Unicom Global and GSMA. The challenge highlights industry proposals using CAMARA APIs, with the potential for commercial deployment.

As part of its commitment to simplifying API adoption, BAEx now offers Number Verification and SIM Swap APIs. Additionally, its Number Verify API received the GSMA Open Gateway Certification in January 2025.

Bridge Alliance has also forged partnerships with key channel partners such as Soprano Design, Glide Identity, and 917Ventures to meet developer needs in specific enterprise verticals. These partnerships will enhance digital authentication, prevent fraud, and simplify API integration for developers.

Bridge Alliance celebrates its 20th anniversary in 2024 and continues to provide mobile solutions across Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, supporting over 1 billion customers.
