Fawry, Egypt’s leading fintech company, has announced strategic investments worth EGP 80 million in three prominent Egyptian technology firms: Dirac Systems, Virtual CFO (VCFO), and Code Zone. Fawry acquired equity stakes of 51%, 56.6%, and 51% in these companies, respectively, as part of its growth strategy to expand the “Fawry Business” ecosystem.
These investments strengthen Fawry’s position as a leader in Egypt’s fintech sector by broadening its range of digital services for businesses. Dirac Systems, a leader in ERP and business automation software, will enhance Fawry’s offering in enterprise resource planning. Virtual CFO, which specializes in financial and accounting services for SMEs and startups, will further bolster Fawry’s financial management tools. Code Zone, a software development company, will contribute advanced business management solutions for sectors like healthcare.
