On March 4, 2025, Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC) and Teletalk Bangladesh Limited signed an agreement to enhance digital services for the Expanded Programme on Immunisation (EPI) under the Health Department of DSCC. Teletalk will provide affordable internet services and other corporate digital services to support this initiative.
The agreement was signed by Dr. Nishat Parveen, Acting Chief Health Officer of DSCC, and Md. Saifur Rahman Khan, Additional General Manager (Sales and Marketing) of Teletalk. The ceremony was attended by various officials from both organizations, including Dr. Md. Nur Hossain, Assistant Health Officer of DSCC, and Md. Belal Uddin Sajib, Manager (Corporate Sales) of Teletalk Bangladesh Limited.
The collaboration aims to improve the accessibility of digital services, supporting the health department’s efforts in delivering immunisation services more effectively and efficiently across Dhaka South City.
