Tazah Technologies, founded in 2021 by former Careem executives Abrar Bajwa and Mohsin Zaka, initially focused on digitizing Pakistan’s agricultural supply chain. The company identified inefficiencies in the fragmented system, such as inflated prices and food wastage, and created a B2B marketplace connecting farmers directly with retailers to streamline operations and ensure fair compensation.
Tazah’s commitment to innovation led to strategic pivots, including the launch of Tazah Global, a platform that simplifies cross-border agri-trade, connecting international buyers with Pakistani produce. This initiative capitalized on Tazah’s logistics expertise to facilitate global agricultural trade.
Building on this success, Tazah entered the global e-commerce market with the introduction of Zambeel. This platform offers a complete suite of services for entrepreneurs and brands, including dropshipping, warehousing, fulfillment, sourcing, logistics, inventory management, and payment solutions. Zambeel enables sellers to tap into the growing e-commerce markets of the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait.
To further support aspiring entrepreneurs, Zambeel launched an E-Commerce Masterclass, which covers topics like product research, digital marketing, and scaling online businesses, specifically for the UAE and KSA markets.
Tazah’s evolution from an agritech startup to a key player in cross-border e-commerce illustrates its adaptability and vision for growth. With its deep supply chain management expertise and technological innovations, Tazah is poised to drive international e-commerce success and expand into new markets.
