After a report was published by The Peninsula, many users expressed their dissatisfaction on social media, calling for more affordable and customer-friendly options.
Customers voiced frustration over the increasing prices of mobile services, with some suggesting the need for a third telecom provider to increase competition. Abdullah Khattak, one of the commenters, highlighted the issue’s significance due to the large number of residents in the country. Others, like Shahbaz Haider, echoed concerns over expensive internet services, calling for more affordable solutions.
