Orange has renewed its long-standing partnership with Kuehne+Nagel for the logistics operations of its communication hardware in France, Poland, and Africa. This partnership, which has lasted for over two decades, will continue for another three years, focusing on secure logistics for high-value e-commerce orders and sustainable, technology-driven logistics solutions.
Since 2004, Kuehne+Nagel has been a key logistics partner for Orange, supporting the company’s expansion in mobile telephony and internet access markets. The partnership’s logistics operations are centered around a dedicated fulfillment center in the Paris area, spanning 22,119 sqm and employing 150 staff members. The facility manages storage, order fulfillment, shipping, returns, and after-sales services for Orange’s mobile phones, accessories, and internet devices.
Lionel Benezech, Supply Chain Director at Orange France, emphasized the company’s continued trust in Kuehne+Nagel, citing their reliability and agility. He noted that Kuehne+Nagel’s support has enabled Orange to manage increased volumes and reduce delivery times, two critical challenges for the company’s e-commerce operations.
