Orange Jordan has launched a series of innovative digital experiences and offers, reaffirming its commitment to its customers under the “Orange is Here” slogan. The new “Ma’ak” mobile plans cater to the diverse needs of prepaid and postpaid subscribers, marking a significant step in the company’s digital transformation.
In a first for Jordan, Orange is offering all-free 5G services to all “Ma’ak” subscribers, ensuring seamless access to the digital world with a starting price of JD 6.50. The company boasts the widest 5G network coverage across Jordan, further enhancing the customer experience.
To improve online service, customers purchasing new lines via Orange Jordan’s digital channels, such as the E-shop, Max it, and Jood applications, will receive a 25% extra internet bundle within their subscription.
In addition, Orange Jordan has relaunched its loyalty program, now named “Max it Rewards,” which offers exclusive rewards to all subscribers, with youth customers earning double points. The program is now open to all, with no minimum monthly spending required, making it more accessible than ever.
