ThinkONE Revolutionizes Market Research with Cutting-Edge Survey Technology

Morocco’s market research sector is undergoing a transformative shift as ThinkONE, in collaboration with IGONOGO, unveils groundbreaking technology designed to capture consumer reactions with unmatched accuracy. This new technology promises to deliver insights with greater reliability and depth, marking a significant departure from traditional survey methods.

ThinkONE, based in Casablanca, has introduced a state-of-the-art system that analyzes the subtle movements people make while answering surveys on touchscreens. By tracking finger movements to the millisecond level, the technology reveals respondents’ true emotions and thoughts, including hesitation and certainty that often go unspoken. This allows brands to test everything from logos to product concepts with greater precision.

The technology works by measuring 30 different finger-movement metrics, offering a more accurate prediction of actual consumer behavior. It is effective in both online and face-to-face research settings, providing companies in the region with real-time insights that can revolutionize product development and marketing strategies. Traditional survey methods often fail to bridge the gap between declared intentions and actual behaviors, but ThinkONE’s technology overcomes this issue by detecting real-time behavioral responses.

Mariem Lahlou, ThinkONE’s Managing Partner and Head of Research, explained that the company is fully committed to innovation and behavioral precision. “By integrating advanced technologies and rigorous analytical methods, ThinkONE provides clients with reliable, actionable insights that reinforce their strategies,” she said. The company offers faster, more accurate insights without relying on traditional neuromarketing equipment, positioning itself as a game-changer for businesses in the Middle East and Africa.
