e& recently marked a significant milestone in nurturing the next generation of Emirati tech leaders as its flagship AI Graduate Programme celebrated the successful graduation of its latest cohort. Since its launch in 2021, the programme has welcomed 284 exceptional Emirati graduates, reinforcing the Group’s dedication to building a future-ready digital workforce aligned with the UAE’s innovation-driven economy.
The graduation ceremony, held at Atlantis Dubai, brought together 500 attendees, including senior e& leaders and families of the 25 newest graduates. The event honored their achievements and readiness to contribute meaningfully to the nation’s AI landscape. Following the ceremony, the One& Celebration recognized standout employees and AI graduates who exemplify e&’s core values of innovation and excellence.
A key highlight of the AI Graduate Programme is its strong commitment to gender diversity, with 62 percent of recent hires being female and an overall female participation rate of 81 percent since inception. The programme offers an immersive learning experience that combines cutting-edge AI technology training with leadership development to empower future Emirati AI leaders.
