SAP University Alliances Launches Business AI Roadshow in UAE to Equip Youth with Future-Ready Tech Skills

SAP University Alliances has kicked off its Business AI Roadshow in the UAE, part of a broader collaboration series aimed at empowering young people across the Middle East with essential technology skills for the future workforce.

Launched in partnership with the SAP Business Women’s Network, Deloitte, and Zayed University, the interactive tour introduces university students to practical AI applications in business and showcases how SAP technologies are shaping tomorrow’s work landscape.

“Through these programs, we’re nurturing a new generation of talent to lead the region’s digital transformation,” said Marwan Zeineddine, Managing Director of SAP UAE. “Empowering youth with advanced AI and digital skills is vital for building tomorrow’s knowledge economies.”

At each roadshow event, students engage in live demonstrations and hands-on activities that highlight AI’s role in solving complex business challenges. The sessions also explore how various industries integrate AI into their core operations, equipping students with insights to thrive in a digital-first workplace.

This initiative builds on SAP’s successful inaugural MENA Learning Tour to its global headquarters in Walldorf, Germany, where regional students met SAP executives, participated in workshops, and gained career mentorship. Students praised the immersive experience, with Mouza Alnuaimi from Zayed University noting, “From day one, we were immersed in a learning journey, engaging in Design Thinking sessions on AI and interacting with passionate professionals.”

Complementing these efforts is the launch of the SAP Learning Hub, Student Edition, providing flexible online access to over 1,500 learning assets including e-courses, webinars, and practice systems. The Hub offers curated learning paths for emerging roles in AI, data analytics, and enterprise resource planning, along with community study groups and live Q&A sessions with experts.

Students can earn industry-recognized SAP certifications and showcase digital badges to enhance their professional profiles, helping them stand out in today’s competitive job market.

SAP’s education programs align with regional national transformation agendas by building robust digital talent pipelines and fostering inclusive, innovation-driven economies.
