Turkcell and Amazon Turkey Partner to Elevate Customer Experience on Digital Channels

Turkcell, Turkey’s leading technology and communications provider, has entered into a significant partnership with Amazon Turkey to enhance customer access to its services through digital channels. Customers can now easily explore and subscribe to Turkcell, Superonline, and TV+ offerings directly via Amazon.com.tr and the Amazon mobile app.

As part of the collaboration, a dedicated Turkcell brand page has been launched on Amazon’s platform, showcasing Turkcell’s digital products and services. The page allows customers to perform transactions such as subscribing to Turkcell mobile services, applying for Superonline home internet, and starting a TV+ membership—all with convenience and speed. Future plans include expanding the partnership to feature Turkcell Pasaj products.

Kadri Özdal, Turkcell Deputy General Manager of Sales, described the partnership as a key milestone in their digital transformation journey aimed at delivering a more interactive, faster, and integrated experience to users. The company intends to broaden the partnership’s scope to reach wider audiences.

Yasmine Hassan, General Manager of Amazon Ads for Turkey, Egypt, and South Africa, highlighted the importance of seamless access to products on Amazon.com.tr. She expressed enthusiasm for the partnership with Turkcell, emphasizing how it enriches the customer experience by offering quick access to a broad range of Turkcell services and campaigns.
