BBK, CrediMax, and Batelco Sign Strategic MoU to Enhance Integrated Digital Services in Bahrain

BBK, a leading retail and corporate bank in Bahrain, together with its wholly owned subsidiary CrediMax, has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Batelco by Beyon, the country’s foremost telecommunications provider. This collaboration aims to deliver an enriched customer experience through a suite of integrated digital and value-added services.

The MoU outlines coordinated initiatives including the alignment of loyalty programs across BBK, CrediMax, and Batelco, alongside joint marketing campaigns featuring co-branded presence at key events. The partnership will also explore exclusive offerings for each other’s customers, such as flexible purchasing options like ‘Buy Now, Pay Later’ installment plans on Batelco products using BBK and CrediMax credit cards, enhancing customer convenience and value.

Yaser Alsharifi, Group Chief Executive of BBK, highlighted that this partnership deepens integration between the financial and telecommunications sectors, setting new standards for innovative and digitally enabled customer experiences. He emphasized the collaboration’s role in expanding tailored solutions and offering exclusive benefits to clients across all three institutions.
