TikTok has partnered with Visa to support the growth of small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) by providing essential digital tools, training, and marketing resources. This initiative aligns with the UAE’s strategic objectives to foster innovation, digital transformation, and economic diversification.
Through the collaboration, TikTok and Visa aim to equip SMBs with both financial incentives and creative resources to strengthen their online presence and expand customer reach. The program offers ad credits, expert-led education, and exclusive resources targeted at first-time TikTok Ads Manager users in the UAE.
Starting July 1, 2025, eligible SMBs that spend $250 using a Visa Commercial card on TikTok campaigns will receive $150 in TikTok Ad Credits. This offer is valid until September 30, 2025. Participating businesses will gain access to TikTok masterclasses, Q&A sessions with platform experts, and a dedicated “Grow with TikTok Resource Hub.” Additionally, the first three registrants will receive a creator-made advertisement free of charge.
Joanne Chehab, TikTok Head of Business Partnerships for MENA, emphasized the initiative’s importance: “SMBs are the heart of the UAE’s economy… this collaboration with Visa provides SMBs not just financial incentives but also the knowledge and tools to succeed authentically and creatively on TikTok.”
Salima Gutieva, Visa VP and UAE Country Manager, added: “Visa is proud to support SMBs… enabling businesses to access new customers through digital marketing and equipping them with necessary skills, reflecting our commitment to the UAE’s digital transformation.”
This partnership represents a significant advancement in combining FinTech and digital creativity to empower the SMB ecosystem across the UAE.
