Al Baida Group and Saudi’s Elm Company Sign MoU to Boost Digital Transformation in Qatar

DOHA – Al Baida Group, a leading multi-sector company in Qatar, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Elm Company, a prominent Saudi digital solutions provider, to strengthen collaboration on digital transformation projects for public and private sectors in Qatar.

The MoU was formalized during Elm’s delegation visit to Qatar on July 14–15, which included meetings with various ministries and government agencies. These interactions showcased Elm’s digital expertise and explored cooperation opportunities aligned with Qatar’s vision for technological innovation and enhanced quality of life through digital business solutions.

This partnership focuses on joint efforts across professional services such as consulting, data analytics, artificial intelligence, digital services, business support, and training. It leverages Elm’s extensive experience in Saudi Arabia and regional markets alongside Al Baida Group’s long-standing presence in Qatar, spanning over five decades.

Eng. Ali bin Abdul Latif Al Mesned, Chairman of Al Baida Group, remarked, “This memorandum represents a strategic step toward enhancing Gulf-wide collaboration in digitalization, aligning with Qatar’s national vision and the broader GCC’s goal of accelerating modern technology adoption and integrated government services.”

Elm is a publicly traded Saudi joint-stock company listed on Tadawul, with the Public Investment Fund (PIF) as its majority shareholder, recognized as a regional leader in digital transformation.
