MBC GROUP Partners with Netflix to Launch Unified Streaming Bundle in MENA

MBC GROUP, a leading media powerhouse in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), has announced a groundbreaking regional partnership with Netflix. Subscribers to MBCNOW will soon access Netflix’s full service bundled with Shahid’s extensive library of Arabic TV shows, films, documentaries, and linear TV channels—all under a single subscription.

This bundle offers over 21% savings compared to purchasing the services separately and marks Netflix’s first-ever partnership of this kind in the MENA region.

Bhanu Chaddha, MBC GROUP’s Director of Distribution and TV Products, said, “Our collaboration with Netflix is designed to enhance both global and local viewing experiences through a seamless, unified subscription.”

Mohammed Al Kuraishi, Netflix’s Head of Business Development and Partnerships for Middle East and Africa, added, “We’re excited to offer members across Saudi Arabia and the region access to our diverse content portfolio, including international and Arabic shows, movies, documentaries, live events, and games.”

Launched in February 2025, MBCNOW integrates digital streaming and traditional broadcast TV, combining MBC’s channels with Shahid into one cohesive platform for Arab audiences.
