Jordan Exports Company announced that 12 Jordanian companies will participate for the first time in the 4th Intra-African Trade Fair, scheduled to take place in Algeria from September 4–10.
The participation is seen as a strategic step to open new markets for Jordanian products, expand trade horizons, and foster partnerships with African businesses. By entering non-traditional markets, Jordan aims to diversify its exports and strengthen economic resilience.
The Jordanian delegation will feature companies across key sectors, including food, chemicals, construction materials, cosmetics, plastics, telecommunications, and education services. These businesses will present their products and services to African and international investors, seeking opportunities for cooperation and long-term collaboration.
This first-ever Jordanian involvement is part of broader efforts to deepen intra-African trade, promote Arab-African economic ties, and contribute to regional integration. Organized with the support of the African Export-Import Bank, the African Union Commission, and Algeria, the trade fair serves as a platform to showcase economic opportunities across the continent and reinforce global business linkages.
