CG Mobile Partners with Ai+ to Launch Affordable Smartphones in Nepal

KATHMANDU — Chaudhary Group’s smartphone division, CG Mobile, has signed an agreement with Indian smartphone brand Ai+ to introduce its devices in Nepal, marking a new chapter in the country’s budget-friendly mobile market.

The partnership was confirmed by CG Managing Director Nirvana Chaudhary, who shared his enthusiasm on social media: “We’re excited to share that CG Mobile and Ai+ have partnered to launch Ai+ Smartphones in Nepal. Together, we look forward to bringing this new brand to our customers.”

Ai+ positions itself as a proudly Indian brand, manufacturing and selling its smartphones entirely within India. Its devices run on the NxtQuantum OS, another homegrown innovation. The company’s entry into Nepal comes through CG Mobile, which already handles Nothing and Motorola smartphones in the country.

The new lineup is expected to include models such as the Ai+ Pulse and Ai+ Nova 5G, with prices ranging from Rs 15,000 to Rs 20,000, directly targeting Nepal’s highly competitive mid- and entry-level segment. This move is likely to intensify competition for established players like Xiaomi, Samsung, realme, and vivo, all of which dominate the price-sensitive market.

Although the official launch date is yet to be announced, the agreement signals that Ai+ smartphones will be available in Nepal very soon. The rollout is set to expand consumer choice with affordable devices offering competitive specifications, further energizing the country’s smartphone ecosystem.
