Solidarity Bahrain, a leading insurance provider and subsidiary of Solidarity Group Holding, has become the first insurer in the kingdom to integrate Bahrain’s revamped eKey 2.0 national authentication system into its digital platforms. The move reflects its commitment to digital transformation and compliance with Central Bank and iGA directives.
Through Solidarity’s portal and mobile app, customers can now access services with eKey 2.0 credentials using biometric authentication and facial recognition. The system enhances KYC validation, streamlines account access, and simplifies claims and transactions while ensuring higher security and regulatory compliance.
Powered by Beyon Connect, the advanced authentication solution removes the need for traditional passwords, providing faster, safer, and more convenient access. Solidarity’s adoption is expected to strengthen fraud prevention measures, improve user trust, and contribute to Bahrain’s Economic Vision 2030 digital transformation goals.
Company CEO Jawad Mohammed highlighted that the integration cements Solidarity’s leadership in digital innovation, while officials from iGA and Beyon Connect emphasized its role in setting new benchmarks for the insurance sector and supporting Bahrain’s national digital agenda.
