Es’hailSat and EgyptSat Form Strategic Partnership to Expand Satellite Services Across MENA

Qatar’s Es’hailSat and Egypt’s EgyptSat have signed a strategic cooperation agreement to jointly deliver advanced satellite services across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). The partnership brings together the combined strengths of both companies’ satellites, teleports, and digital infrastructure to offer expanded services in VSAT communications, enterprise connectivity, broadcasting, and managed digital solutions.

Es’hailSat, headquartered in Doha, has over 15 years of experience serving broadcasters, telecom operators, enterprises, and governments across the region. Its two satellites at the 25.5/26 East orbital slot, along with a 50,000 sqm Tier-4 certified teleport facility, provide highly reliable connectivity.

EgyptSat, based in Cairo since 2004, specializes in VSAT, broadband internet, VoIP, and SCADA systems, catering to industries such as marine, banking, and transportation. With its own teleport and VSAT hubs in Egypt, the company combines local expertise with strategic partnerships to deliver high-speed, innovative satellite solutions.

Ali Ahmed Al-Kuwari, President and CEO of Es’hailSat, described the collaboration as a major step toward enhancing competitiveness in a fast-growing regional market. “With rising demand from commercial, government, and defense customers, this partnership ensures that the whole will be greater than the sum of its parts,” he said.

The cooperation extends beyond technical integration to include joint training, pricing strategies, and a preferred partnership framework, ensuring customers across the MENA region benefit from more robust, flexible, and future-ready connectivity solutions.
