Yango Tech Partners with Naheed Supermarket to Drive Grocery Delivery via SuperApp in Karachi

KARACHI — Yango Tech, the B2B arm of Yango Group, has expanded its footprint in Pakistan through a strategic partnership with Naheed Supermarket, one of Karachi’s most trusted retail brands, to power grocery delivery via the Yango Shops section of its SuperApp.

The collaboration enables Karachi customers to order groceries and household essentials directly from Naheed through the Yango app, blending Naheed’s five-decade legacy of trust and quality with Yango’s advanced technology solutions.

As part of the deal, Yango Tech is equipping Naheed with a comprehensive end-to-end tech stack, including a Warehouse Management System (WMS) for efficient order processing, a picker app to support staff in quickly assembling orders, and a courier app to simplify routing, batching, and payouts for delivery partners.

Miral Sharif, Country Head of Yango Pakistan, emphasized the partnership’s role in boosting efficiency and customer experience: “By utilising the true capabilities of our technology, we are working with Naheed to not just scale operations, but to deliver a seamless experience to our mutual customer base.”
