Kuwait – The Saud Al-Nasser Al-Sabah Diplomatic Institute has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Ooredoo Kuwait to advance strategic cooperation between the public and private sectors. The agreement supports Kuwait Vision 2035 and the national plan to build a sustainable, innovation-driven economy.
Ambassador Nasser Subaih Al-Subaih, Assistant Foreign Minister for the Institute, emphasized that the MoU reflects the vital role of public-private partnerships in improving government performance, boosting production, and delivering high-quality training services. He noted that the partnership leverages Ooredoo’s expertise in communications, artificial intelligence, and media services to accelerate the Institute’s digital transformation and ensure alignment with global technological advancements.
Ooredoo Kuwait CEO Abdulaziz Yaqoub Al-Babtain reaffirmed the company’s commitment to national development initiatives, citing its track record of collaborations such as the “51” platform with the Ministry of Information, which promoted Kuwaiti heritage through digital media. He said the agreement will pave the way for joint initiatives, including events, conferences, integrated communication solutions, and enhanced media and training content.
The partnership aims to strengthen Kuwait’s position as a regional diplomatic hub by enhancing institutional efficiency, developing national talent, and reinforcing the country’s regional and global presence. Ooredoo, owner of Fast Telecom Company, continues to demonstrate its role as a key enabler of sustainable development and digital transformation across Kuwait.
