ByteBridge has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Saudi technology provider Naizak to establish a new data center business in the Kingdom. The agreement, announced on September 30, is expected to pave the way for a joint venture aimed at accelerating the expansion of hyperscale and AI-powered data centers across the Middle East.
The collaboration is designed to support international operators looking to enter the regional market, as well as Saudi and regional companies seeking global access. While specific details of the joint venture remain undisclosed, both firms highlighted its role in enhancing digital infrastructure to meet rising demand.
Naizak Global Engineering Systems’ Chief Strategy Officer, Mohammad K. Al Abdulkarim, said the partnership aligns local expertise with ByteBridge’s global capabilities to deliver next-generation AI and data center solutions, attract international investments, and advance Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 economic diversification strategy.
In a related move, ByteBridge also signed an MoU with South Korea’s FuriosaAI on the same day. The agreement outlines preliminary cooperation and discussions across multiple areas of AI development.
Founded in Silicon Valley, ByteBridge positions itself as a global IT solutions provider offering logistics, data center services, and managed services. Naizak, established in 1998, is a Saudi-based IT services provider under Al Abdulkarim Holding Co., a major importer and exporter of electrical, communications, and IT products.
