Orange Jordan and ICON Launch Second Phase of Startup Growth Program in Southern Jordan

Amman — Orange Jordan, in partnership with ICON, has launched the second phase of its Startup Growth Acceleration Program at the Orange Digital Centers in Al-Karak and Aqaba, reaffirming its commitment to nurturing Jordan’s entrepreneurial ecosystem and driving sustainable economic growth.

The initiative, part of the “Entrepreneurship for Sustainable Economic Development and Employment (E4DE)” joint action, is implemented by GIZ in cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship (MoDEE) and commissioned by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).

Building on the success of the first phase, the new round focuses on helping startups refine their business models and scale operations through advanced training, mentorship, networking, and logistical support. Participants will gain access to experienced entrepreneurship mentors and tailored guidance to develop competitive, sustainable ventures.

Orange Jordan emphasized that this program reflects its broader strategy of empowering youth and entrepreneurs through the Orange Digital Center programs, which provide comprehensive support from ideation to growth. The company acknowledged the contributions of its partners in creating a resilient and inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem that drives innovation and employment in Jordan.

The program will continue through December 2025, offering startups in Al-Karak and Aqaba a platform to strengthen skills, expand networks, and scale sustainably in line with national digital and economic development goals.
