Oracle Expands in Dubai Internet City with AI-Powered Customer Experience Centre

Dubai, October 8, 2025 — Oracle has strengthened its presence in the Middle East with the launch of a state-of-the-art Customer Experience Centre at Dubai Internet City, a flagship innovation hub under TECOM Group PJSC. The facility is designed to accelerate AI adoption across enterprises and public institutions in the region through immersive demonstrations and real-world use cases.

The centre was inaugurated by Abdulla Belhoul, CEO of TECOM Group, and Ammar Al Malik, Executive Vice President of Commercial at TECOM Group and Managing Director of Dubai Internet City.

A Hub for AI-Driven Transformation

The new Customer Experience Centre introduces a reimagined Zayed Innovation Hub, one of the UAE’s earliest AI-focused initiatives, providing hands-on access to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, and Generative AI tools. The hub will enable organisations to train their workforce, unlock new business opportunities, and accelerate digital transformation in alignment with Dubai’s D33 Economic Agenda and national AI ambitions.

Visitors can also experience the Oracle Red Bull Racing simulator, showcasing how real-time cloud-powered data supports high-performance decision-making in motorsport — a powerful demonstration of Oracle’s applied AI capabilities.

Strategic Commitment to the UAE

Nick Redshaw, Senior Vice President – Technology (Middle East & Africa) and UAE Country Leader at Oracle, emphasized the company’s long-standing relationship with the UAE:

“For more than 36 years, Oracle has been a trusted technology partner for the UAE. With this new centre, we are reaffirming our commitment to bringing the latest AI innovations closer to our customers and partners, empowering them to lead in the AI era.”

Ammar Al Malik added that Oracle’s expansion aligns with Dubai Internet City’s mission to foster AI innovation and strengthen the digital economy:

“Oracle is a key partner in our vision for a digitally enabled future supported by AI. This expansion reinforces Dubai’s position as a global hub for technology and innovation.”

Advancing the Regional Digital Economy

The launch underscores Oracle’s ongoing collaboration with Dubai Internet City, home to 4,000 tech companies and over 31,000 professionals contributing to 65% of Dubai’s tech GDP. Through this initiative, Oracle aims to deepen its role in advancing the UAE’s AI leadership, enterprise innovation, and digital workforce upskilling.
