The Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, in collaboration with the Orange Jordan Foundation, has successfully concluded the “Incubation to Reach MVP” project — a key initiative under Jordan’s General Entrepreneurship Policy and a continuation of the Entrepreneurship Hackathon 2024. The closing ceremony, attended by Ministry Secretary General Samira Al-Zoubi, celebrated the achievements of 23 outstanding entrepreneurial projects that emerged from a pool of 100 innovative ideas submitted from across the country.
Implemented through the Orange Digital Center’s incubators and accelerators, the six-month program guided participants—young men and women representing diverse sectors such as renewable energy, agri-tech, education, and tourism—through intensive training in financial management, marketing, project management, AI, and design thinking. Participants also received one-on-one mentorship, access to networking opportunities, and practical resources to transform their concepts into market-ready Minimum Viable Products (MVPs).
Secretary General Samira Al-Zoubi highlighted that the selected 23 projects represent a milestone in Jordan’s entrepreneurial journey and embody the royal vision that places youth at the core of modernization. She praised the partnership with Orange Jordan as a model of public-private collaboration driving innovation, youth empowerment, and sustainable digital growth.
Philippe Mansour, CEO of Orange Jordan, expressed pride in achieving a 100% graduation rate, crediting the program’s success to the company’s experience in supporting over 480 startups. He emphasized that Orange’s integrated ecosystem offered entrepreneurs a supportive environment that inspired innovation and growth.
The final phase of the program featured a pitch stage where startups presented their prototypes to investors and ecosystem leaders under the theme “Beyond MVP: Empowering the Path of Future Startups.” The event included a panel discussion where participants shared how the program sharpened their business skills, broadened their perspectives, and encouraged continued innovation.
The “Incubation to Reach MVP” initiative reaffirms Orange Jordan’s commitment to advancing Jordan’s national digital transformation agenda and fostering an innovation-driven economy aligned with the Kingdom’s modernization and youth empowerment goals.
