Omantel has announced a strategic partnership with Decoil, an Omani artificial intelligence (AI) startup and graduate of Omantel Innovation Labs, to co-develop Enterprise Brain — an intelligent knowledge platform designed to enhance enterprise intelligence and data accessibility.
The AI-powered knowledge hub will enable employees to instantly access, connect, and query organizational data from verified sources, acting as a smart institutional reference. The platform aims to improve operational efficiency, save time, and transform fragmented enterprise data into clear, actionable insights.
Initially deployed within Omantel, Enterprise Brain will later be offered commercially to organizations across multiple sectors, particularly those operating in regulated and data-sensitive environments. Built with embedded governance and data protection mechanisms, the platform guarantees security, reliability, and compliance while offering a seamless, conversational interface for enterprise users.
The collaboration combines Omantel’s infrastructure and commercial scale with Decoil’s AI engineering expertise, delivering a secure, scalable software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform powered by advanced computing and high-speed connectivity. Decoil will fine-tune large language models (LLMs) to power the system, ensuring both precision and data sovereignty.
This initiative aligns with Omantel’s “Portal to the Future” strategy, which positions AI as a cornerstone of its growth. The strategy focuses on four key pillars: strengthening leadership in AI, fostering innovation within Oman and the wider region, building an integrated digital ecosystem, and advancing sustainability in line with Oman Vision 2040.
