Presight and Khazna Partner to Build UAE’s First AI-Optimised Data Centre Management System

Abu Dhabi — Presight, the UAE-based global leader in artificial intelligence and big data analytics, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Khazna Data Centres to deploy a first-of-its-kind AI-driven facility management system across Khazna’s expanding network of 30 data centres nationwide.

Operating from a secure AI hub in Abu Dhabi, the platform will use artificial intelligence to continuously monitor energy efficiency, cooling systems, equipment performance, and security — predicting issues before they occur and optimising operational performance in real time. The initiative represents a major step forward in creating autonomous, AI-powered data centres capable of self-managing complex infrastructure at scale.

According to both companies, the collaboration aims to redefine how global data centre networks are managed, combining predictive analytics with automation to drive sustainability and resilience. The solution offers early fault detection to reduce downtime, smart cooling systems to cut energy use, predictive maintenance, and unified 24/7 command and control to ensure operational continuity across all Khazna sites.

The project also supports G42’s broader “Intelligence Grid” vision — a globally distributed network of AI infrastructure hubs spanning the UAE, Singapore, Kazakhstan, Europe, and Africa.

“This partnership marks a transformative leap for vital digital infrastructure,” Presight stated. “By integrating applied intelligence into Khazna’s hyperscale network, we’re setting new standards for operational excellence and sustainability.”

For Khazna, the initiative strengthens its position as the UAE’s largest data centre operator and a key enabler of national AI and digital transformation efforts. The partnership aligns with growing regional demand for energy-efficient, scalable, and intelligent digital infrastructure capable of supporting next-generation technologies.
