PTCL Group Achieves 15% Revenue Growth Driven by Broadband and Mobile Data Expansion

Islamabad — October 21, 2025: Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) Group, the nation’s leading telecom and ICT services provider, has reported a 15% year-on-year (YoY) increase in consolidated revenue for the first nine months of 2025, reaffirming its position as Pakistan’s top integrated telecom operator.

The results were announced following a Board of Directors meeting in Islamabad, with growth fueled by fixed broadband, mobile data, enterprise, and carrier wholesale services.

Strong Performance Across Key Segments

  • PTCL standalone revenue rose 13% YoY, driven by a 56% surge in Flash Fiber and a 17% increase in Business Solutions revenue.
  • The carrier and wholesale segment maintained steady momentum, recording 24% growth, while the international segment grew 6% YoY.
  • PTCL’s operating profit reached Rs 12.9 billion, up 57% from 2024. However, the company reported a net loss of Rs 1.2 billion, primarily due to a one-off pension liability of Rs 5.9 billion, following a Supreme Court ruling.
