Axis Communications, a global leader in network surveillance and physical security solutions, has appointed Loubna Imenchal as its new Regional Director for the Middle East, Turkey, Central Asia, and Africa (MEA). The appointment underscores Axis’s commitment to strengthening leadership and driving sustainable growth across one of its most dynamic global regions.
With over two decades of leadership experience in technology firms including Honeywell, Johnson Controls, and Logitech, Loubna brings extensive expertise in sales, operations, and business development. Her career is marked by consistent double-digit growth and successful market transformations built on strategic vision and a deep understanding of regional dynamics.
Before joining Axis, Loubna led Logitech’s Enterprise Business across the META region and previously managed the EMEA operations at Johnson Controls, where she aligned global strategies with local markets and cultivated robust ecosystems of partners and customers.
Beyond her corporate achievements, Loubna is a recognized advocate for diversity in technology. She founded Connect2Elevate, a non-profit platform empowering women in tech, and has received multiple international awards for visionary leadership and inclusion.
