Pakistani Tech Firm to Open Nation’s First Apple-Authorized Reseller Store in Lahore

ISLAMABAD – October 25, 2025: Lahore-based Airlink Communication is set to open Pakistan’s first Apple-authorized reseller store later this year, marking a major milestone in the country’s retail technology landscape. The announcement was made during a corporate briefing attended by officials from Topline Securities, where Airlink outlined its retail expansion plans.

Airlink, one of Pakistan’s leading manufacturers and distributors of smart devices, will launch the Apple-authorized reseller store at Dolmen Mall, Lahore, by the end of 2025. The company will also open a Xiaomi retail outlet at the same location, expanding its consumer technology portfolio.

While the store will not be directly owned by Apple, it will operate under the Apple Authorized Reseller program—offering genuine Apple products, accessories, and after-sales support consistent with global standards.

The development follows Airlink’s appointment in September 2024 as a premium reseller partner by GNEXT Technologies, Apple’s authorized distributor for Pakistan. The partnership was designed to expand Apple’s structured retail presence and ensure that customers across Pakistan can access iPhones, iPads, MacBooks, Apple Watches, and accessories through official channels.

Apple products have long been considered aspirational items in Pakistan, symbolizing both advanced technology and social status. The new retail outlet aims to bring authentic products, warranty assurance, and enhanced customer experience to a market where grey-market imports have traditionally dominated.

This move also signals growing consumer confidence and retail modernization in Pakistan’s tech ecosystem, supported by local firms like Airlink that are helping bridge global brands with domestic markets.
