Manama, October 28, 2025 — Zain Bahrain, a leading telecommunications and technology innovator, has partnered with Huawei to introduce the fastest electric vehicle (EV) charging stations in Bahrain, located at Zain’s headquarters in Seef. The launch marks a key milestone in Zain Bahrain’s sustainability strategy and aligns with the Kingdom’s commitment to advancing clean and green energy solutions.
The new ultra-fast chargers, capable of delivering up to 360kW, are equipped with advanced liquid-cooling technology to ensure consistent performance even in Bahrain’s hot and humid climate. Each unit also features smart monitoring software that tracks real-time usage and sends automated alerts to ensure efficiency and safety.
Integrated under Zain Business’s solutions portfolio, the EV charging initiative offers a scalable platform for businesses and commercial establishments to adopt sustainable practices while supporting the nation’s growing EV ecosystem.
