Kuwait City — The 4th edition of the Digital Transformation Kuwait Conference will take place on 17–18 November 2025 at the Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel, in collaboration with the Central Agency for Information Technology (CAIT). The event will bring together government leaders, industry experts, and technology innovators to accelerate Kuwait’s Vision 2035 goals through digital innovation and cross-sector collaboration.
Now recognized as the region’s flagship conference for smart governance, data-driven policymaking, and digital infrastructure, this year’s event is expected to attract over 800 delegates, 30 exhibitors, and 20 media outlets. Among the keynote speakers will be H.H. Sheikh Mohammed AlSabah, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Association of Artificial Intelligence of Things.
The conference will focus on Kuwait’s national progress in integrating AI, data analytics, cloud transformation, and cybersecurity across vital sectors such as public services, finance, healthcare, education, and urban development. It aims to bridge the gap between strategy and execution, moving from planning to tangible results in Kuwait’s digital transformation journey.
Under CAIT’s leadership, Kuwait has made significant advancements in adopting smart technologies that enhance operational efficiency, transparency, and sustainability. The event will showcase major digital projects, success stories, and actionable insights from policymakers and industry leaders driving digital transformation across the GCC.
The Communication and Information Technology Regulatory Authority (CITRA) reaffirmed its support for the initiative, stating:
“CITRA’s vision is to ensure that Kuwait’s digital infrastructure is secure, resilient, and future-ready. As the digital economy expands, our focus remains on enabling innovation while protecting users through robust governance and cybersecurity frameworks.”
CITRA emphasized that fostering collaboration between public and private sectors is key to achieving digital maturity, encouraging a regulatory environment that balances innovation with digital trust.
The 2025 edition will feature an expanded agenda tailored to Kuwait’s evolving priorities in the digital economy, exploring how emerging technologies can optimize operations, reduce costs, and enhance citizen and business experiences.
Through collaboration with CAIT, CITRA, PACI, and other government bodies, Digital Transformation Kuwait continues to position the nation as a regional hub for digital excellence, supporting the long-term objectives of Vision 2035 and strengthening Kuwait’s leadership in the Gulf’s digital future.
